R2R Associate

Overview

R2R Associate role supporting end-to-end Record to Report (RTR) accounting for global delivery. You will manage close, accounting, reconciliations, reporting, and compliance activities.

What you'll do

• Execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, provisions, and adjustments for reporting.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts and validate entries for accuracy and compliance.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations (e.g., bank, intercompany, accruals, prepaid expenses, fixed assets) and resolve discrepancies.
• Process intercompany billings, settlements, and confirmations with global teams.
• Support internal and external audits with controls and complete documentation.

What you'll need

• 3-5 years of experience in R2R, general ledger, and payroll accounting.
• Knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, financial reporting, and accounting controls.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday.
• Proficiency in payroll reconciliations, salary accruals, and payroll journal entries.
• Advanced Excel skills for analysis and problem-solving.
• Stakeholder management and communication across Finance, HR, and Payroll teams.
