Record to Report Ops Analyst within Accenture's Finance Operations vertical, supporting reinsurance accounting and financial close activities.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data reports, conduct analysis and reconcile transactions.
• Post journal entries and prepare balance sheet reconciliations.
• Review entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare cash forecasting statements.
• Support month-end closing.
• Prepare reports and support for audits and investment banking.
• Develop and deliver solutions to insurance companies that insure underwritten policies with other institutions in order to offset their risk exposure.
• Prepare journals, accruals, and supporting schedules.
• Perform month-end and quarter-end close activities.
• Execute balance sheet reconciliations and resolve aged reconciling items.
• Prepare premium, claims, and reinsurance accounting support schedules.
• Support financial reporting under US GAAP, IFRS, and Statutory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, internal controls, and audit requirements.

What you'll need

• Primary skill: Reinsurance (P1).
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant P&C Industry experience.
• Ability to work with large volumes of data with accuracy.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Bachelor degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Any Graduation.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) is an advantage.
