Record to Report Ops Analyst

Overview

Record to Report Ops Analyst role within Accenture's Finance Operations vertical, focused on fixed asset accounting, operational data analysis and transaction reconciliation.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data reports, conduct analysis and reconcile transactions to help determine financial outcomes.
• Design and implement processes and solutions to record and process all aspects of fixed assets accounting.
• Support chart of accounts alignment, back office integration, folio management, payment processing, transfer and retirement of assets, physical inventory and Construction In Process (CIP) project accounting.
• Prepare journals, accruals, and supporting schedules.
• Perform month-end and quarter-end close activities.
• Execute balance sheet reconciliations and resolve aged reconciling items.
• Prepare premium, claims, and reinsurance accounting support schedules.
• Support financial reporting under US GAAP, IFRS, and Statutory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, internal controls, and audit requirements.

What you'll need

• Primary skill: Fixed Asset Accounting.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant P&C Industry experience.
• Ability to work with large volumes of data with accuracy.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Bachelor degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Any Graduation.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) is an advantage.
