Record to Report Ops Associate

Overview

Record to Report Ops Associate aligned with Finance Operations to support financial consolidation and close activities.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data reports, analyze outcomes, and reconcile transactions.
• Implement general ledger processes including year-end closing and journalizing.
• Create and maintain ledgers, ledger currencies, budgets, and journal entries.
• Run interface reports and perform close books of accounts.
• Support end-to-end month-end close, subledger close, journal processing, and balance-sheet reconciliation.
• Update close tasks, track completion, highlight risks, and communicate issues affecting close timelines.

What you'll need

• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Any graduation qualification.
• Ability to solve routine problems using precedent and general guidelines.
• Prepare accurate reconciliations with support, aging, explanations, and action plans for open items.
• Investigate interface and reconciliation exceptions, post approved corrections, and follow up with stakeholders.
• Maintain complete close and reconciliation evidence to support audits and improvement efforts.
