Overview

Record to Report Ops Associate in Accenture's Finance Operations vertical, supporting financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, analysing and reconciling transactions, and supporting the record-to-report process.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data reports and conduct analysis to help determine financial outcomes.
• Reconcile transactions as part of the Finance and Accounting management process.
• Collect, process and deliver relevant, timely and accurate information used for strategic, financial and operational feedback.
• Support the preparation and reporting of overall accounts stored in the general or nominal ledger, managed by a Controller.
• Solve routine problems largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
• Work as an individual contributor within a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work.

What you'll need

• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom).
• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Primary skill: Record to Report (R2R), P2.

Details

• Location: Bengaluru.
• May require working in rotational shifts.
• Receives detailed to moderate instruction on daily tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments; interactions are within own team and direct supervisor.
