Record to Report Ops Associate

Overview

Aligned with the Finance Operations vertical, this role helps determine financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, conducting analysis and reconciling transactions, with a focus on account reconciliations.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data reports.
• Conduct analysis and reconcile transactions.
• Solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
• Work as an individual contributor within a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work.

What you'll need

• BCom.
• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Primary skill: Account Reconciliations (P2).

• Location: Bengaluru.
• May require working in rotational shifts.
• Expected interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor.
• Receive detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments.
