Overview

Recruiter II role at Concentrix in Bangalore, responsible for end-to-end recruitment for mid-level and support BPO hiring across Pan India.

What you'll do

• Manage end to end recruitment for Mid-Level/Support BPO hiring Pan India and achieve assigned targets within agreed quality and timelines.
• Independently manage recruitment for all hierarchy positions across all verticals.
• Meet month on month individual performance versus target.
• Ensure 100% on-time delivery for all business asks.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
• Co-ordinate and liaise with placement consultants and institutions.
• Conduct skill testing and interviews.
• Plan and strategize project-specific recruitment within defined time frames.
• Ensure documentation and salary fitment as per agreed guidelines.
• Contribute to creating an organizational image that helps attract and recruit the best talent.
• Expand the talent pool by evaluating new employee profiles and assessing their suitability.
• Develop low cost recruitment strategies using varying sourcing techniques.
• Continually and diligently maintain reports including Joined/Offers/Selects Tracker, market-mapping and profile analysis.
• Generate new leads through methods such as extracting data from social networking sites, job portals and references.
• Work on recruitment tools for various hiring steps.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of experience.
• Graduation in any stream.
• Key skills: data management, detail orientation, organizing and planning, time management, multi-tasking, interpersonal skills, teamwork and collaboration, ability to work with people at all levels, ability to handle stress, resilience and flexibility, result orientation, ability to work independently.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in a recruitment tool such as Workday.
