Recruiting Senior Manager

Overview

Recruiting Senior Manager in Talent Acquisition, owning end-to-end talent identification and serving as the critical link between the client and Accenture service delivery teams.

What you'll do

• Provide end-to-end process expertise and input into future state process design.
• Assist the GPOs in compiling leading practices and process design considerations, incorporating build-to-operate efficiency principles.
• Provide input into Workday technology enablement, identify automation opportunities, and address process administration gaps.
• Work with GPOs to document process narratives required for SOP creation.
• Compile localization practices to support localization preparation and participate in localization sessions, providing process inputs.
• Document localization requirements needed for SOP creation.
• Provide inputs and compile end-to-end process scenarios, and participate in end-to-end process testing.
• Develop SOPs for each process area and work with GPOs and client counterparts to review and validate the completeness of DTP content.
• Participate in training and service rehearsal activities for assigned process areas and train BPO process SMEs.
• Support transition management teams in planning, coordinating, and monitoring the successful execution of training and SRT, and help resolve issues and gaps.
• Provide inputs into the creation of a Global Quality Framework with quantified measurement criteria aligned with client and contractual requirements.
• Assess current and future talent needs, identify mission-critical workforces, understand key workforce skills and competencies, and address talent gaps.

What you'll need

• 16 to 25 years of experience
