Regional Finance Lead

Overview

Regional Finance Lead supporting account leadership with business, operational, and financial decision-making across account-specific finance matters.

What you'll do

• Partner with the Account Lead to provide financial reports and analysis for business decisions.
• Manage expenses, debtors, financial KPIs, and resolve financial system issues.
• Support invoice processing, client billings, vendor payments, and accounts receivable to monitor cash flow.
• Develop and execute financial plans, budgets, and forecasts; perform variance analysis.
• Oversee month-end closing processes and related controls (e.g., bank reconciliation, GRNV).
• Coordinate ad hoc financial requests from the regional finance team and support audit readiness.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of finance managerial experience.
• University degree or professional qualification in accounting/finance (ACCA, CIMA, CPA).
• Business partnering and commercial finance experience.
• Ability to lead finance in a matrix environment and manage complexity/ambiguity.
• Analytical and meticulous approach with problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of working procedures.
