Regional HR Service Delivery Manager (APAC)

Overview

Regional HR Service Delivery Manager (APAC) responsible for building and overseeing HR service delivery operations for the assigned region.

What you'll do

• Act as the regional subject matter expert for HR processes and client-specific case handling.
• Establish and maintain SOPs, playbooks, and a knowledge base for accurate HR service delivery at scale.
• Manage client and employee HR tickets and inquiries, ensuring timely resolution.
• Troubleshoot HR service delivery issues and coordinate resolutions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Build and lead a regional team of HR Delivery Specialists and Employee Relationship Coordinators.
• Oversee HR service delivery compliance, escalations, documentation, and KPI/SLA performance.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of HR service delivery experience managing multi-country or regional HR operations.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex information clearly.
• Hands-on experience building and scaling a team and infrastructure such as SOPs and a knowledge base.
• Working knowledge of global HR rules and regulations for client-specific and cross-border cases.
• Ability to work remotely and independently in a fast-paced environment.
• English required; additional languages are a plus.
