Overview
Lead integration quality assurance across ETL, data migration, APIs, middleware, and enterprise data platforms. Drive data integrity, testing governance, reconciliation, and release readiness for large-scale transformation programs.
What you'll do
- Own quality assurance for integrations, ETL processes, migrations, APIs, middleware, and cross-platform data flows.
- Define testing strategies, plans, coverage models, quality gates, and release criteria.
- Lead integration, ETL, migration, SIT, end-to-end, regression, and reconciliation testing.
- Validate mappings, transformations, business rules, and data quality using SQL-based checks.
- Govern traceability, test execution, defect management, and reporting through JIRA XRAY.
- Coordinate environments, test data, dependencies, mock services, and execution planning.
- Mentor QA engineers and provide quality assessments and go/no-go recommendations.
What you'll need
- 12+ years of experience in integration testing, ETL testing, data migration validation, or enterprise quality assurance.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM, Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault CRM, middleware, and APIs.
- Hands-on SQL validation, reconciliation, data quality verification, and ETL testing experience.
- Strong JIRA XRAY, test management, defect governance, and quality reporting expertise.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, SDLC, and STLC methodologies.
- Experience using AI tools such as Copilot, Gemini, or ChatGPT for testing activities.
Nice to have
- Experience in life sciences, healthcare, or regulated industries.
- Knowledge of Informatica, Databricks, MuleSoft, or similar platforms.
- Exposure to Python, Robot Framework, data warehousing, or data governance.
- Experience with AI-enabled quality engineering and cloud-native integration architectures.
