Remote Healthcare Quality Analyst (Temp)

Overview

Perform quality audits and analysis for healthcare-related interactions, transactions, and processes. Coach teammates, report performance, identify defects, and recommend improvements.

What you'll do

• Audit calls, interactions, and transactions for assigned teammates.
• Conduct root cause analysis for CSAT, NPS, resolution rate, and AHT.
• Coach teammates on campaign-specific performance improvement.
• Report performance daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Partner with team leaders on metrics-improvement meetings, briefings, and trainings.
• Identify, escalate, and report quality issues and defects.
• Suggest process and system improvements based on customer concerns.

What you'll need

• At least 1 year of work experience as a quality analyst.
• Experience working in healthcare fields or branches.
• Basic Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Familiarity with basic quality tools, including cause-and-effect analysis, histograms, and correlation.
• Problem-solving, communication, and conflict-management skills.
• Stable internet and a private workspace for working from home.
