Research Associate - Analytical Development

Overview

Individual contributor role in CMC (Analytical) focused on analytical method development, validation support, and analytical activities for formulation projects.

What you'll do

• Develop and pre-validate analytical methods for assigned projects, protocols, and reports.
• Provide analytical support for formulation development, optimization, and scale-up.
• Support analytical method validation and method transfer for assigned projects.
• Prepare and update specifications, STPs, analytical protocols, and reports.
• Manage stability study related activities for assigned projects.
• Coordinate outside analysis for routine and characterization tests and review reports.
• Conduct literature searches for analytical and regulatory aspects of assigned projects.

What you'll need

• 3 to 5 years of industrial experience in analytical development of formulations.
• Experience with complex injectables, hydrogels, large molecules, and peptides (preferred).
• M. Pharma/M.Sc. in Pharma Chemistry or an equivalent qualification from a reputed university.
• Sound scientific approach and writing skills.
• Analytical mindset.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work as a team player with engagement and accountability.
