Research Associate - FD

Overview

Research Associate in Formulation Development (FD) at Piramal Pharma Solutions, focused on formulation development, process development, GMP batch support, and compliance documentation.

What you'll do

• Conduct formulation development for NCE, generic, and line extension products.
• Support literature review, process development, and GMP batch manufacturing.
• Assist scale-up and technology transfer activities, including related documentation.
• Prepare and review technical and quality documents (e.g., BMR, BPR, stability protocols, deviations, change controls).
• Participate in departmental audits and represent the department as required.
• Coordinate cross-functional and client communication via mails, meetings, and oral updates.
• Perform or supervise pilot scale/scale-up batch execution under GMP conditions.

What you'll need

• Knowledge of GxP compliance including GMP and GDP for relevant processes.
• Experience preparing and reviewing documentation such as MFC, BMR, BPR, and stability protocols.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate with clients.
• Support training of subordinates to follow GxP requirements.
• Ability to manage equipment/instruments, including calibration and maintenance of R&D instruments.
• Follow EHS requirements and ensure safe and hygienic lab/pilot plant conditions.
