Research Manager - Insights (Expert Acquisition)

Overview

Lead a pod of 2–3 Research Associates sourcing and recruiting experts for teleconferences across technology, healthcare, consumer, industrials, energy and financials. This is a player-coach role that combines executing recruiting mandates with managing team performance and operational discipline.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end delivery of research and insights projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
• Manage a team of Research Associates
• Coordinate across analysts, researchers, and stakeholders to execute project plans
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with internal teams
• Track project progress, manage risks, and proactively address bottlenecks
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality of insights and deliverables
• Optimize workflows, processes, and tools to improve efficiency and scalability
• Support resource allocation and prioritize workload across multiple concurrent projects
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders on timelines and outcomes
• Serve as the primary coordination point between the Associate team and the US-based moderator team

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university (e.g., Business, Economics, Life Sciences, or related field)
• +3 years of experience in recruiting, lead generation, project management, consulting, research, or insights roles
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong team management, organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills
• Ability to work US shifts
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday.com) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team atmosphere with minimal supervision
• Strong focus on quality and attention to detail

• Work timing: US hours, 5:30pm IST to 2pm IST
