Overview

What you'll do

• Assess AI systems against defined ethical and sustainability benchmarks.
• Design and implement mitigation strategies for AI risks.
• Lead initiatives to identify potential ethical risks.
• Collaborate with multiple teams on responsible AI decisions.
• Facilitate responsible AI knowledge sharing and best practices.
• Guide junior team members and support their professional growth.
• Troubleshoot AI performance and ethical compliance issues.

What you'll need

• At least 5 years of experience in Generative AI.
• Proficiency in Generative AI.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with Large Language Models and AI agents.
• Experience designing and implementing AI systems with ethical considerations.
• Familiarity with AI risk assessment frameworks and mitigation techniques.
• 15 years of full-time education.
