Revenue Operations Coordinator

Overview

Coordinate revenue operations for HubSpot’s Solutions Partner Program, focusing on partner commissions, payment inquiries, manual pilots, and process documentation. Own assigned workflows end to end and help resolve issues accurately and consistently.

What you'll do

• Process partner payments accurately and on schedule.
• Cross-check commission data across systems and identify discrepancies.
• Investigate payment inquiries and coordinate resolutions with Finance.
• Communicate payment updates clearly to partners and PDMs.
• Map and execute manual operational steps for new program pilots.
• Maintain current process documentation for owned workstreams.
• Surface recurring errors and patterns to support root-cause fixes.

What you'll need

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, finance operations, or revenue operations.
• High attention to detail and a low tolerance for errors.
• Ability to own processes end to end.
• Clear, professional communication skills.
• Comfort working across systems such as SNOW, Partner Admin, NetSuite, Xactly, or similar tools.
• Proactive issue identification and resolution skills.
• Ability to build structure when working with incomplete information.

Nice to have

• Experience with commissions or partner payments.
