Job description
Overview
The Risk Management Lead identifies, assesses, monitors and mitigates risks affecting customer support operations, service delivery, customer satisfaction, compliance and business continuity in a clinical trial technology environment.
What you'll do
- Identify, assess, monitor and mitigate operational risks impacting customer support operations and service delivery.
- Partner closely with Customer Support, Operations and Engineering to proactively manage operational risks.
- Improve service reliability and drive a culture of continuous improvement across Interactive Response Technology (IRT) and Randomization and Trial Supply Management (RTSM) solutions.
