RPA Automation Developer

Overview

Develop and optimize RPA automations using UiPath to translate business requirements into functional solutions and support EIM-related bots.

What you'll do

• Automate business requirements using RE-framework workflows and components.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand processes, prioritize work, and implement RPA.
• Analyze and resolve problems within SLA requirements.
• Build reusable components for projects.
• Obtain project sign-off and deploy solutions to production.
• Share RPA knowledge with technical and functional teams.

What you'll need

• At least 4 years of hands-on software development or IT solutions experience using UiPath.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with UiPath Studio and Cloud management.
• Knowledge of UiPath Apps, .NET, RPA design patterns, and development methodologies.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications.
• Problem-solving, business communication, infrastructure, coding, and code-review skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Nice to have

• Experience with Excel macros and WinShuttle data transfers.
