Overview

Senior Analyst responsible for IT hardware asset record resolution, data quality and IT asset management delivery within Infrastructure Services.

What you'll do

• Resolve IT hardware asset record discrepancies.
• Approve, where appropriate, the bulk loading and updating of IT hardware asset data into the IT asset repository.
• Follow IT asset management policies, processes and procedures for each specific customer.
• Ensure the quality of IT hardware data, including all updates resulting from IMACD activity and bulk load requirements.
• Verify all necessary tools are in place and functioning properly.
• Document all necessary processes.
• Ensure SLAs are met.
• Ensure metrics are green.
• Identify gaps between the delivery team and delivery model capability and contractual requirements.
• Escalate, follow up and resolve any issue related to delivery gaps.
• Monitor activities and provide direction to the leveraged support team.

What you'll need

• Typically 3-6 years of work experience.
• Entry/intermediate level.
• A strong desire to gain experience in IT Asset Management.
• A continuous learner who stays abreast of industry knowledge and technology.
