RVP, Health Systems Sales

Overview

Sell Hinge Health’s solutions to health systems as an individual contributor responsible for commercial growth across a defined northeastern US territory.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of health systems clients.
• Source and develop leads with Partnerships and Marketing.
• Manage deals from initial conversation through close.
• Collaborate with Legal on contract negotiation and signature.
• Manage relationships with health systems customers.
• Share customer feedback to inform the product roadmap.
• Lead commercial strategy sessions.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 6–10 years of work experience.
• Enterprise sales experience closing large, complex, long-cycle deals.
• Solid understanding of US health systems.
• Track record of consistently attaining or exceeding quota.
• Strong project management, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to innovate and solve problems creatively in a fast-paced startup.

Nice to have

• Experience in employee benefits sales or related technologies.
• Experience selling clinically oriented solutions to healthcare providers.
• Experience with digital health solutions for employer or provider markets.
• Startup experience selling new-to-market products or growing new market segments.
