What you'll do

• Engage with users and prospects to understand needs and provide appropriate resources and guidance.
• Partner with the Sales Team to connect with influential people and identify new business opportunities.
• Balance reactive inbound inquiry follow-ups with proactive outreach to target accounts.
• Research prospects and craft thoughtful, value-add messaging for outreach.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand users’ needs and goals.
• Follow up effectively and efficiently on inbound leads.

What you'll need

• Fluent in Hindi and English.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
