Resource Management Assistant

Overview

Resource Management Assistant to support operations by analyzing internal processes and client project delivery workflows, and implementing data-backed improvements.

What you'll do

• Provide administrative support to the operations team, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
• Enter and maintain data in internal systems and databases, ensuring data integrity.
• Coordinate operational processes such as onboarding new employees.
• Compile basic reports and data summaries for operations team review.
• Facilitate communication across departments by relaying information and scheduling follow-ups.
• Identify minor operational issues and propose initial solutions or escalate them.
• Support creation and updating of operational procedures and documentation, plus ad-hoc tasks.

What you'll need

• Be a fresher/recent graduate willing to learn in an administrative or operations support role.
• Have exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time.
• Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Be proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar).
• Have proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced) for data analysis.
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Have basic problem-solving abilities and a proactive, self-starter mindset.
