Overview

Associate Fraud & Claims Operations Representative supporting customers with fraud and claims operations.

What you'll do

• Support and capture pertinent information from customers about their claims.
• Conduct research and provide updates on the status of new and existing claims.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience through research and take appropriate actions to handle claims.
• Perform routine customer support while balancing customer service and investigative research in a call center environment.
• Receive direction from a team lead and escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles.
• Interact with colleagues on day-to-day issues and coordinate with supporting functional areas.

What you'll need

• 6+ months of customer service support experience (or equivalent via work, training, military, or education).
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication plus collaboration/interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn and apply new information and interpret documents/requests received.
• Able to multi-task and work quickly and accurately with acceptable workmanship standards.
• Excellent data entry skills and strong math/accounts skills.
• Ability to apply regulatory and VISA rules to claim decisions and recognize/escalate discrepancies.
