Associate Fraud & Claims Operations Representative role supporting customers with claims in a call center environment.

What you'll do

• Support and capture pertinent information from customers about their claims.
• Research and provide updates on the status of new and existing claims.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience after researching complex account activity.
• Handle inbound calls while balancing customer service and investigative research.
• Receive direction from a team lead and escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles.
• Interact with colleagues on basic day-to-day issues to support a seamless customer experience.

What you'll need

• 6+ months of customer service support experience, or equivalent via work experience, training, military experience, or education.
