Administrative Data Support Specialist

Overview

Administrative Data Support Specialist for AB Private Credit Investment, providing administrative and data management support to the Originations team.

What you'll do

• Enter, update, and maintain records in the DealCloud platform.
• Review and input vendor invoice information into a PCI Excel master tracking file.
• Verify invoice details for completeness and accuracy before submission.
• Prepare and submit invoices for payment by established processes and deadlines.
• Maintain organized electronic records of invoices and supporting documentation.
• Reconcile invoice tracking against internal records as needed.
• Support data cleanup, quality control, and reporting in DealCloud and Excel.

What you'll need

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, formulas, large spreadsheets).
• Experience with CRM or database systems (DealCloud preferred but not required).
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple deadlines.
