Sales Executive

Overview

SS&C Blue Prism is seeking a Sales Director to manage large enterprise accounts, generate new opportunities, and close complex automation solution sales.

What you'll do

• Sell directly and through alliance and channel partners.
• Develop relationships with enterprise stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Manage complex sales campaigns from introduction to closure.
• Generate pipeline and close new business from end-user clients.
• Help channel partners become independent.
• Provide sales feedback to technical teams and support forecast accuracy.
• Maintain current- and future-quarter opportunity forecasts.

What you'll need

• 5 or more years selling into enterprise, multi-buyer, matrixed accounts.
• A track record of success in new business sales.
• Experience with consultative and complex solution sales cycles.
• Ability to sell to business and IT influencers.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and comfort carrying a quota.
• Ability to lead and inspire others in the sales ecosystem.

Details

• Remote role in Florida, United States.
• Travel of approximately 30–60% is required.
