Sales Intern

About the Job

We’re looking for a motivated Sales Intern to join our team on a full-time basis and work OnSite. In this role, you’ll support day-to-day sales activities, learn effective prospecting techniques, and help drive lead generation through proactive outreach. You’ll work closely with experienced sales professionals to refine your communication skills, build confidence on calls, and gain hands-on experience in B2B Sales fundamentals—especially cold outreach strategies. If you enjoy connecting with people, believe in learning by doing, and want a clear pathway to grow in sales, this internship is a great fit.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calling to prospective B2B customers, introducing products/services and identifying decision-makers.
• Assist in building and maintaining lead lists using CRM tools and internal reporting.
• Qualify leads by understanding business needs, pain points, and fit—then route opportunities to the appropriate sales owner.
• Support the preparation of outreach materials, including email/phone scripts and call notes.
• Track call outcomes and activity metrics, updating the CRM after each interaction.
• Collaborate with the sales team to learn best practices for objection handling, discovery, and follow-up.
• Attend on-site team meetings and participate in training sessions to continuously improve performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong interest in sales and a willingness to learn quickly through feedback and coaching.
• Basic proficiency with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and productivity tools (training provided where needed).
• Comfort speaking to people confidently and clearly, including in cold calling environments.
• Fundamental understanding of B2B Sales concepts (or enthusiasm to develop them).
• Excellent communication skills with a professional, friendly phone presence.
• Self-motivated attitude, coachability, and persistence—especially when leads don’t respond immediately.
• Ability to work effectively in an OnSite team setting and manage time to meet daily outreach goals.
