Sales Order Processing Analyst

Overview

Manage the end-to-end sales order flow for Dyson's customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing, coordination with internal teams, and customer issue resolution. Reports to the Sales Order Processing Associate Manager.

What you'll do

• Oversee all aspects of sales order processing and ensure timely and accurate handling of sales orders in the system.
• Liaise with sales representatives, logistics, and the local SOP market team to ensure stock availability and delivery schedules are met.
• Communicate proactively with internal teams and customers to solve order processing issues.
• Address customer inquiries and order-related issues promptly and professionally.
• Manage order adjustments, cancellations, and refunds when necessary.
• Identify and implement improvements to streamline the order management process.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
• Provide regular reporting and analysis on sales order metrics.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales order processing, customer operations, or a related role.
• Fluent in English.
• Sales order processing of SAP systems knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• A 'can-do' attitude, highly self-motivated and deadline driven.
• Comfortable in a multi-cultural work environment and working with virtual teams.
• Working in a fast-paced team environment with high-volume activities and changing priorities.

• Location: Gurgaon Office, India.
• Night shift: 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM.
