Sales Trainee

Overview

Sales Trainee (ST) is a training role that qualifies you to interview for Account Sales Manager (ASM) roles after successful program participation.

What you'll do

• Learn Red Bull and Red Bull Distribution Company basics, brand, and products.
• Build and protect the Red Bull brand through proper rotation and brand flow.
• Maintain friendly, professional relationships with customers to increase sales.
• Prepare and use daily execution tools (insights, displays, Point of Sale, pricing).
• Communicate daily priorities with ASMs/DSMs.
• Support in-route execution using Winning vs Competition (WVC) and Perfect Store Audit (PSA) and cover ASM routes as needed.
• Support off-route efforts including audits, blitzes, display building, and merchandising.

What you'll need

• Valid US Driver’s License and obtainment of DOT Medical card.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• English language; additional languages are an advantage.

Details

• At-will position with termination possible at any time, for any reason or no reason.
• ST role may last up to 12 months after training completion, or until an ASM/qualified role is available (whichever comes first).
• If no promotion occurs before 12 months, the ST role will be vacated unless an exception applies.
