Salesforce Business Analyst

Overview

Salesforce Business Analyst role providing Salesforce/CRM production support and a smaller portion of business analysis and testing.

What you'll do

• Serve as primary support analyst for Salesforce CRM applications.
• Manage and resolve CRM support tickets and production incidents within established SLAs.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve user-reported issues and system defects.
• Coordinate with business users and development/technical teams to ensure timely incident resolution.
• Track defects in Jira and drive issues through resolution and closure.
• Support production releases and perform post-deployment validations.
• Gather and document business requirements and support testing and documentation activities (20%).

What you'll need

• Over 2–4 years of experience in Salesforce/CRM support and systems analysis.
• Experience with production support tickets and incident management.
• Salesforce CRM experience.
• Experience using Jira for ticket management, defect tracking, and story creation.
• Ability to troubleshoot application issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Experience writing test cases, test scripts, and user stories.
• Strong communication skills working directly with business users.

Details

• Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
• In-office collaboration: employees work in the office at least 3 days/week and may work from home 2 days/week.
• Full-time timings: 2:00pm–10:30pm (India).
