Support Analyst, Shopify eCommerce

Overview

Support Analyst for Shopify eCommerce, focused on production support for Shopify and enterprise commerce applications. You will monitor systems, investigate incidents, and collaborate with engineering and implementation teams to keep commerce operations stable and deliver roadmap commitments.

What you'll do

• Support businesses using Shopify and enterprise commerce platforms.
• Monitor production applications, integrations, and commerce services.
• Investigate and resolve incidents, defects, and production support tickets.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive permanent fixes for recurring issues.
• Support deployments, smoke testing, and post-release validations.
• Debug and troubleshoot Shopify storefronts, Hydrogen applications, APIs, and integrations.
• Collaborate with integration teams on data mappings and API troubleshooting between Shopify, ERP, PIM, and payment gateways.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience with Shopify, Shopify Plus, Magento, or similar ecommerce applications.
• 3+ years supporting enterprise-level engineering or commerce platforms.
• Understanding of enterprise ecommerce ecosystems including ERP, PIM, Analytics, and Marketing integrations.
• Experience with incident management, ticketing systems, and monitoring tools.
• Thorough knowledge of APIs, integrations, and web technologies.
• Experience working on global initiatives with cross-functional teams.
