Overview

Hands-on Salesforce Developer to own complex features end-to-end, from architecture through production, across Salesforce and additional modern integrations.

What you'll do

• Design and build scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, and Aura.
• Own features end-to-end including technical design, build, deployment, and monitoring.
• Troubleshoot production issues and lead root-cause analysis for complex defects.
• Build integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, and middleware.
• Work on event-driven/streaming architectures and microservices.
• Contribute to telephony/CTI integrations for sales and contact-center flows.
• Run code reviews, pair program, and mentor mid-level and junior developers.

What you'll need

• 6+ years hands-on Salesforce development with real integration breadth.
• Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II preferred.
• Proven track record delivering complex features independently.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills on multi-layered, cross-system issues.
• Comfortable with JavaScript/Node.js, Python, or middleware beyond the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Experience with Agile/Jira workflows across distributed teams.
