Salesforce DevOps (Azure/Copado) Developer - Senior Associate

Overview

Senior Associate role in PwC Acceleration Center India designing, implementing and managing Salesforce CI/CD pipelines and release management using Copado, Git and Azure DevOps, within the Salesforce Sales Cloud framework.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement Salesforce DevOps strategies using Azure and Copado to enhance project delivery.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce using Copado and ADO.
• Manage source control strategy with Git (branching, merging, conflict resolution).
• Automate deployments across multiple Salesforce environments, ensuring alignment with governance and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with development teams to define DevOps best practices and enforce coding standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Design and prototype user interfaces with a focus on usability and user experience.
• Conduct usability testing and user acceptance testing to validate design effectiveness.
• Create mock-ups and visual designs to support iterative design processes.
• Enhance product design through analytical thinking and customer experience strategy.
• Engage in design reviews to refine and optimize user experience solutions.
• Utilize Salesforce Lightning and Sales Cloud to drive digital customer experience initiatives.
• Manage interface design and user research to inform product enhancements.
• Support client service engagements by applying human-centered design principles and intellectual curiosity.

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 4 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.
• Hands-on experience with Copado.
• Strong knowledge of Git-based workflows (feature branching, pull requests, code review).
• Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) pipelines and work item tracking.
• Familiarity with Salesforce metadata, SFDX, and package-based deployments.
• Knowledge of release management processes in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot deployment failures.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Graphics, Computer and Information Science, Graphic Design.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Sales Cloud.
