Overview

Salesforce LSC Developer-SA role for a Senior Associate in PwC’s Acceleration Center India, focused on analyzing client needs, implementing Salesforce solutions, and training/supporting users of Salesforce applications.

What you'll do

• Analyze client needs and implement Salesforce solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide training and support to enable seamless integration and utilization of Salesforce applications.
• Collaborate with clients to develop and optimize business processes using Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Use Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Sales Cloud to deliver tailored solutions.
• Develop training materials to support client understanding and adoption of new technologies.
• Engage in project architecture and budgeting aligned with client objectives.
• Interpret data to inform insights and strategic recommendations.

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Ability to develop training materials for Salesforce implementations.
• Analytical thinking to break down complex business processes.
