Overview

Senior Manager role in the Acceleration Center India within PwC's Business Application Consulting practice, advising clients on SAP finance solutions, implementation and support.

What you'll do

• Lead SAP Finance consulting workstreams for clients, translating business needs into process and system requirements
• Guide teams through SAP FI and SAP FICO design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities
• Advise on finance transformation initiatives that improve reporting, controls, and transaction processing
• Evaluate current finance processes and identify opportunities to streamline workflows and increase automation
• Coordinate integration across finance applications, reporting tools, and downstream business systems
• Review solution design choices and validate alignment with accounting and financial reporting requirements
• Coach team members through complex project phases, issue resolution, and client deliverables
• Communicate status, risks, dependencies, and next steps to client stakeholders and internal leaders

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 5 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English

Nice to have

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Commerce, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
• At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to finance, accounting, and financial controls within SAP S/4HANA environments
• Demonstrating SAP FICO delivery across client-facing finance projects
• Applying systems thinking to finance transformation and controls
• Crafting clear messages for senior stakeholders and teams
• Coaching teams through ambiguity and complex issue resolution
• Validating client outcomes and adapting plans with feedback
