SAP COE Quote to Cash - Pricing and Billing

Overview

Role: SAP S/4HANA SD Billing & Pricing Consultant for Quote to Cash (Pricing and Billing). You will provide AMS support and drive enhancements across SAP OTC processes.

What you'll do

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 AMS support for SAP S/4HANA SD billing and pricing.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents within agreed SLAs.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
• Monitor business-critical processes to ensure service continuity.
• Gather and analyze business requirements for billing/pricing enhancements.
• Configure billing and pricing elements such as billing documents and pricing procedures.

What you'll need

• 7–10 years of SAP experience.
• Expertise in SAP SD Billing and Pricing processes.
• Experience with rebates/condition contracts and revenue recognition integration.
• Experience in AMS support, incident management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Handle billing responsibilities including billing documents, invoices, credit/debit memos, and intercompany billing.
• Work on pricing components including condition types, access sequences, condition tables, and pricing routines.
