SAP COE - Senior Professional – Quote to Cash Logistics (SAP S/4HANA EWM)

Overview

Senior professional providing L2/L3 support and continuous improvement for SAP S/4HANA Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) across the Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) logistics value stream.

What you'll do

• Deliver L2/L3 application support for SAP EWM on an S/4HANA landscape, including RCA for incidents and service requests and minor enhancements.
• Monitor SAP EWM queues, background jobs, warehouse tasks/orders, RF transactions, and integration messages to address bottlenecks and exceptions.
• Maintain and optimize core EWM configuration objects such as storage control, picking strategies, packaging specifications, HU management, and physical inventory procedures.
• Ensure logistics master data accuracy and relevancy by safeguarding product, packaging, batch/serial, hazardous, handling units, BP/ship-to, and routes.
• Plan and execute testing (FUT/SIT, regression testing), perform cutover and data migration activities, and maintain test scripts and defect logs.
• Ensure compliance with GxP/SOX as applicable, including audit trail, segregation of duties, and validated change processes, supported by SOPs/work instructions.
• Partner with stakeholders to improve Q2C cycle time and OTIF and support CI opportunities using quantified benefits.

What you'll need

• Ability to perform deep-dive root cause analysis (RCA) for incidents, service requests, and minor enhancements.
• Experience monitoring and troubleshooting EWM warehouse queues, background jobs, warehouse tasks/orders, and RF transactions.
• Hands-on configuration and optimization of EWM objects (e.g., storage types/sections/bins, process & layout storage control, POSC/LOSC, picking strategies, WOCR, WT creation rules).
• Experience debugging using ABAP as part of support activities.
• Experience with logistics master data governance including products, packaging specs, batch/serial, hazardous, handling units, BP/ship-to, and routes.
• Experience with system testing and releases including FUT/SIT, regression testing, cutover, and data migration for transports/upgrades.
• Knowledge of compliance controls including audit trail, segregation of duties, and validated change processes.
