What you'll do

• Fix and support defect resolution for Retail Assets automation testing and production incidents.
• Triaging, prioritizing, investigating, and resolving critical production incidents to maintain stability.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce recurring defects.
• Own and enhance test automation coverage for Retail Assets applications.
• Develop, maintain, execute, and improve Selenium- and Java-based automated test scripts.
• Coordinate with development teams on defect fixes, patches, upgrades, configuration changes, and release validation.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in software testing, test automation, production support, or application support roles.
• Experience with test automation using Selenium and Java (current and supported versions).
• Experience designing, developing, maintaining, and executing automated test scripts.
• Experience with API testing and validation.
• Experience with production support, incident management, defect tracking, and issue resolution.
• Ability to perform root-cause analysis and document corrective and preventive actions.
