What you'll do

• Support verification activities for DRAM design.
• Use AI-based tools, agentic workflows, and automation to accelerate verification cycle time.
• Create and improve test cases/stimulus to increase functional coverage for DRAM and emerging memory architectures.
• Develop and maintain test benches/test vectors using simulation tools and run regressions.
• Simulate, analyze, and debug pre-silicon block-level and full-chip designs.
• Collaborate with international colleagues to develop new verification flows.
• Participate in developing verification methodology and verification environments.

What you'll need

• Analytical capability for complex gate-level circuit designs.
• Basic understanding of CMOS circuit designs.
• Familiarity with SPICE and Verilog simulations.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team.
