Overview

Senior Associate in PwC Acceleration Center India's Technology Consulting practice, implementing and supporting SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions for clients across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services.

What you'll do

• Analyze client requirements to implement SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software solutions
• Provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP CRM applications
• Collaborate with clients to optimize customer relationship management processes and enhance customer satisfaction
• Utilize analytical thinking to break down complex concepts and develop actionable insights
• Engage in business process consulting to identify opportunities for improvement and transformation
• Manage deployment and design implementation of CRM solutions to meet client objectives
• Facilitate customer needs analysis to tailor CRM solutions effectively
• Build and maintain meaningful client connections to foster long-term relationships
• Leverage business technology skills to support CRM software deployment and integration
• Interpret data to inform insights and recommendations for client engagements

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 5 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English

Nice to have

• At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Customer or S/4HANA customer-facing solutions, including Sales, Service, Commerce, or Customer Data platforms
• Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Cloud for Customer and SAP CRM
• Utilizing analytical thinking for business process improvement
• Excelling in customer relationship management and engagement
