Overview

Lead Analyst, Business Systems (Workday HCM/Recruiting) at First Citizens India in Bangalore. The role supports HRIS operations by managing and optimizing Workday Core HCM, Workday Security and Workday Reporting.

What you'll do

• Manage and maintain Workday Core HCM, Workday Security and Workday Reporting.
• Configure and support worker lifecycle events.
• Support Workday reporting and analytics initiatives.
• Assist in security configuration and data access controls.
• Maintain compensation and organizational data structures.
• Support business process optimization and automation.
• Configure and support end-to-end Core HCM processes.
• Develop advanced Workday reports and dashboards leveraging Workday data.
• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Participate in Workday releases, testing, and upgrades.

What you'll need

• Experienced Workday consultant with 8+ years of IT experience.
• Strong expertise in Workday Core HCM, Security and Reporting.
• Proven ability to design, implement, and optimize data integration and analytics solutions using Workday Reporting and HCM.
• Good knowledge of Workday technology.
• Strong understanding of HR processes.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience in reporting, forecasting, and analytics use cases.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in team environments.

Nice to have

• Agile/Scrum experience.
