Overview

SAP D2M and MDM-MAT Technical Consultant translating D2M and MDM-MAT business requirements into technical specifications and SAP solution concepts.

What you’ll do

• Translate D2M and MDM-MAT business requirements into technical specifications, system designs, and SAP solution concepts.
• Implement, configure, and enhance SAP solutions for engineering, Product Data Management (PDM), PLM, and material master data processes.
• Design and implement data models, system functionalities, interfaces, validations, and technical controls for standardized master data processes.
• Support D2M and MDM-MAT capabilities across SAP S/4HANA, SAP Public Cloud, and the wider system landscape.
• Analyze existing system capabilities and identify opportunities for technical optimization, harmonization, digitalization, and automation.
• Collaborate with process/product owners, business experts, developers, architects, and IT teams across solution design and implementation.

What you’ll need

• English proficiency at B2/C1 level (fluent).
• Several years of experience in SAP Master Data Management, Product Data Management, PLM, or related technical/process domains.
• Profound knowledge of SAP Material Management (MM), material master data, BOMs, classification, change management, and PLM.
• Hands-on expertise in SAP R/3 and SAP S/4HANA, including knowledge of SAP MDG-M and SAP Workflow.
• Experience with data migration, data integration, data validation, and data quality management.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications and implementable solution concepts.
