SAP - FI-CO Operation Analyst, AS

Overview

SAP FI-CO Operation Analyst (AS) working as an individual contributor for S/4 HANA Finance support and functional consulting.

What you'll do

• Provide SAP S/4 Finance support to maintain a stable production environment.
• Resolve production support incidents, bug fixes, and small enhancements for existing S4 HANA Finance functionalities.
• Understand, support, and modify functional solutions across multiple S4 HANA Finance areas.
• Deliver functional consulting support across SAP FICO areas including GL, AP, Asset accounting, accounts receivables, VAT, cash management, and controlling.
• Support issues involving Ariba and Concur integrations and Finance interfaces (via IDOCs, CPIs).
• Provide functional expertise and guidance to end users and coordinate with application developers and business analysts on solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve reported bugs/issues for functional areas with Application Management.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Science or an IT-related discipline (or equivalent).
• 5 to 8 years’ experience in SAP and related technologies (SAP R/3–S/4 HANA).
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4 HANA Finance or FI/CO configuration and functional issue troubleshooting.
• Some exposure to ABAP is highly desirable.
• S4 HANA Finance / SAP FICO certification would be preferred.
• Fluent English (written/verbal) and strong communication skills.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity while applying critical judgment.
