SAP GRC Security - Senior Manager

Overview

Lead SAP GRC and security workstreams for clients within PwC's Cyber, Data & Tech Risk practice, covering access controls, role design, compliance and governance across SAP environments.

What you'll do

• Lead SAP GRC and security workstreams across transformation initiatives, aligning access controls, role design, and compliance requirements with client objectives
• Advise clients on SAP security architecture for ECC, S/4HANA, Fiori, BW, HANA, BTP, and cloud applications, including identity, access, and provisioning controls
• Guide end-to-end implementations from requirements gathering and solution design through testing, transport coordination, cutover, and post-go-live support
• Direct risk and control assessments, segregation of duties analysis, and remediation planning to address access conflicts and compliance gaps
• Develop role collections, user lifecycle processes, and cloud identity configurations across SAP platforms and integrated environments
• Facilitate governance, risk, and compliance workshops with business and functional teams to translate control needs into workable solutions
• Build delivery approaches that incorporate automation, analytics, and emerging AI tools for role analysis, documentation, and test support
• Coach team members, manage priorities, and address issues that affect project delivery, quality, or client timelines
• Present solution options to senior stakeholders and adapt recommendations based on client feedback and regulatory considerations
• Expand SAP security, GRC, and cloud security offerings by developing reusable accelerators and supporting proposal responses

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 12-16 years of experience delivering SAP compliance, security, and governance solutions, including auditing, advisory, and implementation engagements
• Oral and written proficiency in English

Nice to have

• One or more Salesforce certifications aligned to enterprise system integration and platform delivery
• Demonstrated SAP Security and GRC delivery across complex landscapes
• Leading end-to-end SAP security design, build, and deployment
• Applying SAP cloud security across BTP, SAC, IBP, and Datasphere
• Managing role design, access controls, and identity governance
• Translating business requirements into detailed security specifications
• Presenting workshop insights and advising senior client stakeholders
