SAP HCM US Payroll, Specialist

Overview

SAP HCM US Payroll Specialist role based in Hyderabad, supporting US payroll configuration and processing.

What you'll do

• Design and configure SAP US Payroll.
• Configure payroll from gross payroll to net payroll (preferably on US).
• Configure BSI tax factory and tax, and garnishments.
• Define and process off-cycle payroll.
• Integrate with SAP FI and with third-party FI.
• Perform post-payroll activities.
• Configure wage types, execute payroll, and manage schema flow and testing.

What you'll need

• Minimum 4 years total IT experience, preferably in SAP HCM.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in design and configuration of SAP US Payroll.
• Knowledge of BSI tax factory and tax configuration, and garnishments configuration.
• Must have wage type configuration, payroll execution, schema flow, and testing experience.
• Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to work in US hours shift.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of PCR.
