Overview
Design, deliver, and govern SAP Manufacturing and Quality solutions across the Plan-to-Inventory value stream, supporting global releases, projects, enhancements, transformation programs, and the strategic transition to SAP S/4HANA.
What you'll do
- Oversee the end-to-end Plan-to-Inventory value stream, including production planning, shop floor execution, quality management, inventory, and plant maintenance functions.
- Design and deliver SAP solutions and customizations aligned with business requirements.
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and guidelines.
- Ensure solutions meet defined quality standards, technical constraints, scalability expectations, and performance requirements.
- Provide leadership and governance to internal and HCL functional experts.
- Govern the quality of solution deliverables throughout the build lifecycle.
- Maintain accountability for technical integrity, architectural compliance, and solution acceptance.
- Lead the design, delivery, and governance of SAP solutions across global releases, projects, enhancements, and transformation programs.
- Govern solution changes through Design Authority processes.
- Provide expert L3 support for Live countries.
- Ensure stability, reliability, and optimal performance of business-critical SAP applications.
- Champion continuous improvement and innovation by leveraging emerging SAP capabilities and industry best practices.
What you'll need
- At least 12 years of IT experience.
- 8+ years’ experience in multiple full-cycle SAP implementations based on global core templates, including multi-country rollouts and deployments.
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, IT or related subject.
- Strong expertise in Plan-to-Inventory processes, encompassing production planning, shop floor control, quality management, plant maintenance, and service management.
- Experience handling batch-managed and sterile manufacturing environments.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP manufacturing and quality management processes, including configuration, deployment, and optimization of related system capabilities.
- Proven ability to govern cross-functional business solutions and manage end-to-end process integration across multiple functional areas.
- Strong functional expertise in SAP ECC 6.0 EHP7 or higher.
- Broad experience in enterprise applications and information systems, particularly SAP modules including PP, QM, PM, with integration across IM, MM, WM, SD, and FI/CO.
- Experience delivering solutions within highly regulated life sciences environments.
- Demonstrated project management capabilities, including successful delivery of system enhancements, process improvements, and small-to-medium-sized SAP projects.
- Proven people leadership experience, including managing direct reports and leading cross-functional teams to achieve project and operational objectives.
- Experience working within regulated industries, particularly the medical device and life sciences sectors, with a strong understanding of compliance and validation requirements.
- Strong vendor and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Solid functional and technical expertise in SAP business processes and operating models.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with globally distributed, cross-cultural teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Nice to have
- SAP certifications in a related module.
- ITIL Qualifications.
- Hands-on experience in SAP HANA environments.
