SAP – MDG- Manager

Overview

Lead SAP Master Data Governance workstreams within PwC's Advisory practice, supporting client data management, data quality, and reporting, while coaching team members and overseeing project deliverables.

What you'll do

• Lead SAP Master Data Governance workstreams focused on client data management, process design, and implementation support
• Guide project teams through planning, execution, and delivery of master data solutions across business functions
• Analyze client requirements and translate them into SAP MDG configurations, workflows, and governance processes
• Oversee data quality activities, including data modeling, data migration, validation, and issue resolution
• Develop and review dashboards, reports, and analytics outputs to support data-driven decisions
• Coach team members on SAP data management methods, project tasks, and deliverable development
• Coordinate with client stakeholders to align solution design, timelines, and project scope
• Apply SAP tools and data integration methods to improve master data consistency and operational efficiency

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English

Nice to have

• At least one of the following: one or more SAP certifications in SAP Data and Analytics solutions, including SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP Business Warehouse (BW/4HANA), SAP Data Intelligence, or related data platform credentials
• Demonstrating SAP MDG implementation leadership across client engagements
• Managing project plans, budgets, timelines, and deliverables
• Coaching teams through complex data governance workstreams
• Utilizing SAP data integration, modeling, and reporting capabilities
• Addressing client issues with clear communication and judgment
• Mentoring junior professionals through work review and feedback
