SAP OTC Analyst

Overview

SAP OTC Analyst (SAP Order to Cash functional engineer) responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom SAP S/4HANA Order to Cash solutions within Sales & Distribution.

What you'll do

• Gather and analyze business requirements for SAP S/4HANA Order to Cash enhancements and customizations.
• Design, develop, and test SAP SD outcomes and reports.
• Create and modify SAP SD functionalities such as enhancements, user exits, and interfaces.
• Translate requirements into SAP solutions via workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution walkthroughs.
• Troubleshoot and debug existing ABAP programs with SAP technical resources.
• Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and integration projects.

What you'll need

• 6+ years of experience as an SAP Order to Cash consultant focused on SAP SD modules.
• Experience with pricing procedures, billing, credit management, deliveries/shipping, and returns.
• At least one SAP S/4HANA implementation cycle experience.
• Strong understanding of SAP SD module functionalities (customization, enhancements, integration).
• Knowledge of IDocs, APIs, EDI, and integration middleware.
• SAP data model/master data and processes experience (Customers, Materials, Pricing).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Nice to have

• SAP certification in SAP SD or relevant modules.
• Experience delivering SAP solutions on SAP BTP.
