SAP OTC Senior Business Analyst

Overview

Support and lead end-to-end SAP Order-to-Cash processes for the Diabetes business, serving as a senior subject-matter expert for SAP SD solutions.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end SAP Order-to-Cash functional processes.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable SAP SD solutions.
• Design, configure, and support order management, pricing, delivery, billing, and credit management.
• Lead SAP OTC integration with upstream and downstream systems.
• Support implementations, rollouts, upgrades, production support, and defect resolution.
• Manage incidents, change requests, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor functional consultants and collaborate with technical teams on interfaces and enhancements.

What you'll need

• Minimum 6 years of hands-on SAP Order-to-Cash and SAP SD experience.
• Hands-on expertise in SAP SD sales orders, delivery, shipping, billing, pricing, and credit management.
• Understanding of end-to-end OTC processes through revenue recognition.
• Experience integrating SAP SD with MM, FI, logistics processes, and availability checks.
• Experience with interfaces and IDocs from third-party or upstream systems.
• Mandatory S/4 implementation experience.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
